Soon it's Christmas

I know it's a bit early right, but I've already started Christmas pinning to get ideas for DIY projects. I'm excited to tell you that I'll be doing a DIY Christmas feature in a local magazine, so I've got to come up with something good. Here's one of my projects from last year. 

This year I would love to make one of these lovely trees, 

but I need to find some wood.

At yesterday's trip to Emmaüs I only found a cute little mirror. 

I need to take a photo of it.

Btw Kizou was insane! It was raining, and it's been raining for days (after months with no rain),

so Kizou was full of kids and I mean full... all screaming and running around out of control! 

Madness! I came home exhausted and Magnus "swetten" as he sais instead of sweaty..

it's so cute I don't have the heart to correct it..

Concret everywhere

This beautiful country house was newly built located int eh Catalan region of the Ampurdam.

The owners, a family with three children, commissioned the project to the architect Cristina Casanovas, and Silvia Radermakers decoration.

Normally you would perhaps not start a home tour with the bedroom, but here I had too.. How cool is this?! Love the fact that the beds and the sofas are also made out of concrete. The oak shelves in the dining room are magical.

Posh fish & chips

Via wh I found this modern fish and chip shop called Kerbisher & Malt.

So what's there to like except for the colours.

Subway tiles, lamp shades and the very cool lamps on the wall.. 

the menu straight onto the wall, cool floor, the wood, the stools... 

and that's even before you've tasted the food.

They claim to have the best fish and chips in Britain.

Worth a try if you're planning a visit to London I think.
